Founded out of need to better manage enterprise software change and releases, Find IT Easy has been creating productivity tools for software developers for over a quarter of a century! Continually evolving from legacy and lessons of the past while innovating and adopting technologies like AI for the future, Find IT Easy has been a pioneer and proven frontier company leader in delivering software change impact analysis tools you can depend on.

Whenever changes are planned or made to the underlying database in any software application, it can be a challenge to find all referenced code that can be affected. Normally, each software layer or programming language would require time-consuming and disconnected analysis with a variety of independent tools. Find IT Easy provides a full 360 degree view of the entire code-stack in a single integrated application.

Using solutions from Find IT Easy to manage their software changes, companies like Sprint, WestingHouse, the Mayo Clinic, Bloomberg, HighMark, and Pan American Life have reported increasing their software development team productivity by 40 to 80%.

Find it easy Code Search received a Microsoft award for innovation in 2011 and search engine technology was patented in 2018. A second patent is pending for extracting and converting embedded SQL commands within programming language source code into target database procedures as of 2026.

Ken Gnazdowsky, B.Sc.

President & CEO

Ken holds a Bachelor of (Computing) Science degree with Co-op designation from Simon Fraser University. A recipient of the Governor General of Canada bronze medallion, he began his post-secondary education at Brandon University on an academic scholarship and has worked in the software development industry for over 30 years. Ken is co-founder and President of Find IT Easy Software Incorporated, creators of the Microsoft award-winning product, Find IT Easy Code Search.

Raghwa is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and invested in many companies. Over the last 45 years, Raghwa has started, grown and sold a number of businesses - most recently, Vadim Software. He has also had extensive experience and been directly involved in a number of mergers & acquisitions throughout his career. Raghwa currently sits on the Board of numerous businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He is a certified Business and Executive Coach he has been recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” and as a “Technology Innovator”.

Mike Checkley

Mike is a proven leader in customer focused software development. He has spent over 25 years in the medical software administration industry. He has first hand experience with all aspects of a software company and guided his first start-up to successful acquisition within just 2 years, growing from a 3 person to over 150 employees by 2012. In 2004, he sold his company and transitioned to director of product management while giving back to the community by volunteering his valuable time and expertise as a mentor for local high tech startups.
